Can my car be tuned?
We specialise in the tuning of turbo cars with vast experience of the VAG Tdi and 1.8T engines. However most cars from the year 2000 onwards can be tuned using our equipment, just ask about your model
Is this only for turbo engines?
No, we can tune most engines but turbo petrol and diesel engines produce the largest power gains, up to 35%
Will my vehicles engine life be reduced?
In a word NO! Each vehicle is individually tuned to within the manufacturers tolerances and even driven very hard engine life would only be reduced by around 5%
Can my dealer tell its been chipped?
Not unless he is looking for it, the ECU is untouched only the data inside it is modified. However if they drive the car they may well notice!
Is fuel economy effected?
This is dependent on the driver, use all the extra power and yes it can drop slightly, but drive sensible and economy can even increase.
What about my insurance?
The tuning is very hard for any insurance company to see but as with all modifications you should inform your insurance company.
Can the tuning be reversed?
